1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 5-6 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST).
• Our products are handcrafted and custom-made, so slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Domestic Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days after dispatch.

3.2 International Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 8–22 business days, depending on the courier and destination.
• Exact estimates will be shown during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery status.

5. Delivery Address & Changes

• Change in delivery address is possible only before dispatch.
• P.O. Box addresses: Delivered via standard postal service only.
• Military addresses: Shipped via USPS only. Courier delivery not available.

6. Out of Stock Items

• If any item in your order is unavailable, it will be refunded, and the rest of the order will be shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

7.1 If Parcel is Damaged

• If damage is visible, kindly reject the delivery and inform our team.
• If already received, share photos and contact customer support immediately.

7.2 If Parcel is Lost

• A replacement or refund will be processed once the courier confirms the loss.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1 Custom Products

• All products are 100% customized, hence no returns or exchanges are accepted due to change of mind.
• However, if you receive a damaged item, we’ll gladly offer a replacement.

8.2 Return Process

• In case of damage, customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.
• After receiving and verifying the return, we will issue store credit for future use.

9. Warranty Policy

• Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days after item is returned.
• Customers must prepay return shipping.
• After claim approval, we will send a replacement or repaired product, as per the situation.

10. Taxes & Duties

10.1 Sales Tax

• Already included in the product price shown on our website.

10.2 International Orders

• Import duties/taxes are calculated during checkout.
• We recommend pre-paying duties for faster delivery.
• If duties are refused, the item will be returned at customer’s cost, and only product value (minus return shipping) will be refunded.

11. Order Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified, as each item is made-to-order.

12. Insurance Coverage

• All shipments are insured for damage or loss based on courier coverage.
