Handcrafted & Made-to-Order
All our products are specially handcrafted and made to order, tailored specifically for each customer. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any custom-made items.
Natural Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be minor variations in shape, color, or finish. Slight color differences can also result from screen or printer settings. These are considered normal and not product defects.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the product immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, quantity mismatch, or defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Reporting Damaged Items
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, it is your responsibility to notify both the delivery agent and our team within 24 hours. This report must be in writing, and should include clear photo or video proof of the damage to the product and its packaging.
Failure to Report in Time
If the issue is not reported within the 24-hour timeframe, we will not be held responsible for any replacements or repairs.
Product Inspection by Our Team
We reserve the right to inspect the product before taking any further action regarding damage or defects.
Assumed Acceptance if No Complaint
If no complaint is received within 24 hours, it will be considered that the goods were delivered in perfect condition, and no further claims will be entertained.
